LIVE HERBS

The following live herbs will be available from Herbly Wonderful. Links have been provided to a page for each herb,
describing uses, growing requirements, and history, where available. The page
includes a caution note, if portions of the herb may be poisonous. A Latin (or
botanical) name is provided for each herb. The first word in the
name identifies the genus of the plant, and is capitalized. The
second word in the name identifies the species within the genus. A
variety of the species may be specified by a "v." or
"var." preceding the name for a species that occurs naturally in
the wild. A cultivar (cultivated variety) is a plant
that is developed for its desirable characteristics, and does not occur
naturally. Cultivar names are enclosed in single quotes. Trademarked
plants indicated by a
™.
