Cajun Spice Blend

2.67 oz. Salt, Dextrose, Garlic, Citric Acid, Paprika, Soy Flour, Chili Powder, Corn Starch, Sesame Seed, Red Pepper, Celery Seed, Onion, Tri-Calcium Phosphate, Parsley, Bell Peppers, Lemon Oil & Natural Hickory Smoke Flavor A Spicy Cajun Blend good for cooking dishes such as Seafood, Home-style stir-fry Potatoes, Sauces and many others

Chili Powder

2.67 oz. Chili Pepper, Cumin, Garlic Powder, Salt, Oregano, Coriander, Allspice & Cloves Common blend of chili powder and spices used in US southwest.  Mild heat.
Chinese Five Spice 2.25 oz. Cinnamon, Star Anise, Fennel Seed, Cloves, Black Pepper, less than 2% Calcium Silicate as a free flow agent A fine grind of various ingredients in equal proportions often used in meat marinades and as a spice in barbecuing.

Curry - Hot

2.67 oz. Turmeric, Coriander, Cumin, Fenugreek, Black Pepper, Ginger, Mustard, Fennel, Allspice & Red Pepper A blend of traditional Indian spices with added hotter chili pepper.
Garam Masala 2 oz. Coriander, Cumin, Chili, Clove, Bay Leaf, Cassia, Ginger Blend of hot spices used to enhance curry dishes.  Generally used with hearty dishes.  Added toward end of cooking to bring flavors together.
Greek Seasoning 2.25 oz. Salt, Spices, Garlic, Fructose, Corn Starch, Bell Peppers, Onion, Citric Acid, Sesame Seeds, Lemon Extractives, Parsley Based on traditional Greek Blends.  Good on meat, vegetables, salads, eggs and popcorn.  Especially good when added to olive oil and dipped with bread.

Herbs de Provence

1.45 oz. Rosemary, Thyme, Savory, Fennel Seed, Basil, Lavender & Marjoram Blend for Stews, Meat Dishes & Saute's.

Italian Blend

1.45 oz. Oregano, Basil, Rosemary, Thyme, Sage & Marjoram  

Lemon Pepper Blend

2.67 oz. Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic, Honey, Wheat Germ, Citric Acid, Onion, Lemon Juice Powder, Cereal Solids, Sesame Seed, Parsley & Lemon Oil  

Mesquite Seasoning

2.25 oz. Garlic, Onion, Paprika, Tomato Powder, Cumin, Chili Pepper, Black Pepper, Mustard, Sage, Rosemary, Sugar & Salt Great as a dry rub or add to marinade for that smoky mesquite flavor.

Mulling Spice

2 oz. Cinnamon Chips, Orange Peel, Allspice & Cloves.  Use 2 Tbls of Mulling Spices per Liquid Gallon of Cider, Steeping Loosely for Approximately 45 min, then Straining Mull your Cider, Wine or just add to hot water for a wonderful smell.
Old Bay Spice Blend 2.67 oz. Celery Salt, Mustard, Red Pepper, Black Pepper, Bay Leaves, Cloves, Allspice, Ginger, Mace, Cardamom, Paprika Seasoning Seafood

Pickling Spice Blend

2.67 oz. Coriander, Dill Seed, Mustard Seeds, Bay Leaf, Cassia, Red Pepper, Allspice A good all-around pickling spice blend for general pickling and marinating

Pizza Blend

2 oz. Onion, Garlic, Oregano, Anise Seed, Rosemary, Bell Peppers & Basil
Use in Pizza Sauce or on White Pizza
Add to Pizza sauces or sprinkle on White Pizza.

Poultry Seasoning

2.25 oz. Salt, Thyme, Sage, Marjoram, Celery Seed, Black Pepper, Onion Powder & Cayenne  

Pumpkin Pie Spice

2 oz. Cinnamon, Allspice, Nutmeg, Coriander, Cloves & Caraway
Use: 2 Teaspoons per 9 inch Pie
Use 2 tsp. per 9 in. pie.

Steak Spice

3.22 oz. Sea Salt, Garlic, Black Pepper, Coriander Seed, Mustard Seed, Dill Seed & Red Pepper Used as a dry rub or with olive oil in a pan.
